📦 How It Works
- Register by calling 800-972-1003 or completing the
- Prepare your equipment: shrink-wrap items on standard wooden pallets
- Stage for pickup: place pallets at an accessible first-floor location
- We handle the rest: MRK coordinates pickup and provides documentation
📍 Eligibility & Terms
- Must have 25+ computer systems to recycle
- CRTs, TVs, and LCDs incur a fee:
- TVs under 32″: $10 each
- TVs 32″ and larger: $50 each
- No hazardous waste, broken CRTs, or contaminated equipment accepted
- Schools outside the 120-mile radius may still participate with a logistics fee:
- 100–200 miles: $0.25/lb
- 200–400 miles: $0.35/lb
- Freight delivery to MRK is also accepted
🔐 Data Security Reminder
Before shipping, institutions should:
- Delete all data from hard drives and storage devices
- Back up or transfer any needed files
- Remove removable media (CDs, tapes, diskettes)
